Will Dillard has a passion and excitement for real estate.  Naturally analytical, he loves digging through properties to find the best solutions for his clients.  Will has been buying, leasing, and selling industrial property and land in the DFW market for many years.  He is a third-generation industrial commercial real estate broker, preceded by his father, Bill Dillard, Jr., and grandfather, Bill Dillard, Sr.

Originally from Boerne, Texas, Will graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2005 with a BS in Industrial Distribution.  He then worked for Powell Electrical Systems in Houston as a Regional Sales Manager.  Following a move to Dallas, Will began his Real Estate career with Bradford Commercial.  After nearly five years, Will struck out on his own and founded Wells CRE.  His innovative approach to finding solutions, knowledge of construction, and critical rationale of each transaction make him the broker you want on your side now and in the future.

Will is an avid outdoorsman.  He loves hunting, fishing, and simply being outside.  He is married to Colleen Dillard and has three children that keep him very busy at home.

Lane Butters is the construction manager for Wells CRE. He holds a degree at Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution and earned his MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He has worked in industrial construction since 2005, managing and executing small to large engineering and construction projects. He has held jobs all over the globe, including Algeria and Pennsylvania, giving him broad knowledge in construction management. A natural problem solver, Lane has a passion for delivering projects that meet our customers' needs.

Originally from Harlingen, Lane enjoys coastal fishing and spending time with his family. He is married to Amber Butters and has two children.
